pause and resume a worker

From the shop worktree you want to pause:

antil session suspend

The apps stop. Their ports and database remain reserved for this worker. Other workers keep running.

Bring that worker back:

antil session resume

Wait for ready before reopening its app. Use antil session end when the worker is finished; its data remains until an explicit prune.
